Shoshana Levi's journey began with making one sourdough challah for Shabbat in 2020 for her family, to making 30 loaves every Friday morning for people in the community! With a passion for creating unique designs, and yummy traditional sourdough bread, Shoshana uses time-honored techniques to create the best tasting sourdough. Authentic kosher artisan breads made with only the finest all-natural ingredients and a long fermentation levain process for maximum flavor and nutrition. Each loaf is crafted with care, and homemade with love.
